Datastream: PostgreSQL Replication to BigQuery Reviews

The lab just closed by itself for no reason. I was not able to complete the last set of instructions after I checked my last progress. I tried to run the commands but couldn't. I then closed the Cloud Shell terminal and tried opening it again by running gcloud sql connect postgres-db --user=postgres but I got an error saying that some tcp bind address was already in use. I would be nice to have some sort of instructions that shows you how to reconnect.
