Datastream: PostgreSQL Replication to BigQuery Reviews

What am i supposed to do if I am not in the US? "Test failed "us-east4" violates constraint "constraints/gcp.resourceLocations" on the resource "projects/qwiklabs-gcp-02-9444bb650e87/locations/us-east4/connectionProfiles/postgres-cp"." When I try to recreate it on another region, it does not work. These labs are not useful and practical at all.

instructions in some areas are not clear - i.e. when to use command line or when to use SQL. Time is not enough as there is a lot of time spent waiting or things to load/run.
