What am i supposed to do if I am not in the US? "Test failed "us-east4" violates constraint "constraints/gcp.resourceLocations" on the resource "projects/qwiklabs-gcp-02-9444bb650e87/locations/us-east4/connectionProfiles/postgres-cp"." When I try to recreate it on another region, it does not work. These labs are not useful and practical at all.

connecting to second time to posgtres from cloud console CLI caused error: you already have connection, I killed with kill -9 and then i could connect to postgresql
