LB services are not working. Frontend LB IP is not accessible so lab cannot be done. Would be nice if 1 in 3 labs are not broken when completing them. Changed to a 3 since the lab is now working.

Load Balancer didn't work. I waited around 15 - 20 minutes for Load Balancer. But can't access to the Load Balancer IP Address with the format "http://LB_IP/google.png"
